RESOLUTION NO. 2005-46

RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENTS
FOR THE CORCORAN WASTE WATER COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is required to make appointments to various commissions
within the organization of the City; and
WHEREAS, Waste Water Commission member Gordon Koehler has submitted his resignation
from the Commission effective immediately.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby appoint alternate Jim
Bullert as a Regular Member of the Commission to fill the vacated seat, which term expires December of
2006; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby direct city staff to advertise to
seek applicants for the two alternate positions that are currently vacant.
