Joint Powers Agreement
WHEREAS, Counties of Wright and Hennepin: the Cities of Annan e, Buffalo, Corcoran,
Greenfield, Inde dence, Loretto, Maple Lake, Medina, Plymouth an ockford; and the Townships of
Albion, Buffalo, C m, Corinna, Maple Lake and Rockford are able Parties to the Highway 55
Corridor Coalition Join ow Agreement and are governmental its of the State of Minnesota; and
