A JOINT RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR POLICE
SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROGERS AND THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, The City of Rogers and the City of Corcoran have agreed to work jointly to provide 24
hour police coverage for the City of Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, The City of Rogers will provide coverage for the City of Corcoran during those times that
Corcoran does not have an officer scheduled; and
WHEREAS, The City of Rogers will invoice the City of Corcoran at a rate of $25 an hour, for all hours
covered by the City of Rogers; and
WHEREAS, The City of Rogers and the City of Corcoran agree that there will be continuous ongoing
meetings between City Officials of the two communities to ensure that the needs of both communities are
being met.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rogers and the City Council
of the City of Corcoran, that the City Councils authorize the agreement for Police Service for the City of
Corcoran.
