A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TERMINATION OF CONTRACT A04465 AND
THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT A021026 WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
Whereas, the County of Hennepin and the City of Corcoran entered into an agreement in 1995,
allowing the City of Corcoran to access certain public information contained in County
computerized data files; and
Whereas, the County of Hennepin had indicated to the City of Corcoran that it would extend
such contract through the year 2002; and
Whereas, the County of Hennepin has indicated that it was their intent to terminate contract
A04465 on December 31, 2002, and execute contract A021026, to include new rates to go into
effect on January 1, 2003 and remain in effect until December 31, 2003; and
Whereas, the City of Corcoran has determined this to be a viable service to the City and hereby
directs the City Clerk to sign the authorization to proceed with the termination of contract
A04465 and the execution of contract A021026 between the City of Corcoran and the County of
Hennepin.
