RESOLUTION NO. 2002-82
MOTION BY MEMBER: Puchlar.
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisements for bids for the rental of crop land owned by the City of
Corcoran, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the attached bids were
received complying with the advertisement; and
WHEREAS, Ken Williams provided the highest bid for the 20 acre parcel located `V2 mile north of City
Hall on County Road 116 (SE corner of Schutte Road and County Road 116) in the amount of$83.27/
acre for 2003 and 2004; and
WHEREAS, Daryl Patnode provided the highest bid for the 22 acre parcel adjacent to City Hall in the
amount of$75.00/acre for 2003 and $78.00 acre for 2004;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ken Willams in the
name of the City of Corcoran for the rental of the 20 acre parcel of crop land located '/z mile
north of City Hall on County Road 116 (SE corner of Schutte Road and County Road 116) in
the amount of$83.27/acre for 2003 and 2004; and
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Daryl Patnode in the
name of the City of Corcoran for the rental of the 22 acre parcel of crop land located adjacent to
City Hall in the amount of$75.00/acred for 2003 and $78.00/acre for 2004.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of December 2002.
