RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 81
MOTION BY MEMBER: Bucher
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR THOMAS LITHGOW
INCLUDING PIDS 02-119-23-44-0019 AND 11-119-23-11-0001
WHEREAS, Thomas Lithgow submitted an application for a Conditional Home Occupation
License (CHOL); and
WHEREAS, upon approval of that CHOL on the 8th day of August, 2002 the City Council did
identify nine (9) conditions which were attached to the license; and
WHEREAS, condition number seven (7) identifies that the two parcels shall be consolidated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran
approves the consolidation of parcels 02-119-23-44-0019 and 11-119-23-11-0001, and does hereby
direct the City Assessor to take the necessary action to record this consolidation, making one
contiguous lot.
