A RESOLUTION EXTENDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR
THE POULIOT ADDITION—A ONE LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 30
WHEREAS, Donald Pouliot made an application for preliminary plat approval of one four acre single family
residential lot from an existing 66 acre parcel located off of CSAH 19;and
WHEREAS,on November 1,2001 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application and
moved to recommend preliminary plat approval with conditions;and
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the preliminary plat on November 29,2001with conditions;and
WHEREAS,the applicant hereby requests that the City of Corcoran grant them a one-year extension.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the preliminary plat
approval of the Pouliot Addition be and is hereby extended to November 29,2003.
