A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION FOR LOUIS LAZER FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15
PIN 15-119-23-13-0002
WHEREAS, Louis Lazer, as applicant, has requested a lot division to create a
4.38 acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel will be combined with the adjacent parcel; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on August
1, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend the Council
approve the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the
Planning Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran
that the lot division be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Right-of-way 40' from centerline shall be dedicated for Cain Road.
2. The parcel shall be consolidated with the adjacent 7.79-acre site. See Exhibit A for full
3. 10 - foot drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated around the new parcel. legal desc.

777.45 feet of the Northeast Quarter, Section 15,
Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as measured at right angles to the south and east of lines
thereof.
Subject to public road easement and other easements,
restrictions and reservations of record, if any.
