A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE
TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A SEMI—TRUCK
WHEREAS, Donald Hastings, 9530 County Road 116, has applied for a Conditional Home
Occupation License, (CHOL); and
WHEREAS, the ordinance states that the Commission shall consider certain standards and
criteria when reviewing a CHOL; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 18, 2002 as required by Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that a
CHOL shall be granted to Donald Hastings at 9530 County Road 116 for the purpose of allowing
a semi-truck business based on the following findings and subject to the identified conditions:
a) This use is currently only permitted under a CHOL.
b) The use will not adversely impact the character of the surrounding area.
c) The accessory structure complies with the ordinance and was authorized by a CUP.
d) Access onto County Road 116 will not cause a negative impact.
e) There are no business deliveries made to the site.
1) There are no customer visits to the site.
g) No environmental or water shed issues have been identified.
h) The demonstrated use complies with the city plans and the geographical area involved.
i) The use will not depreciate the area in which it is proposed.
j) The use will not inherently lead to or encourage disturbing influences in the
neighborhood.
k) Screening of the Accessory Structure has been resolved with the CUP.
CONDITIONS:
1. The Cl-IOL is issued to Donald Hastings at 9530 County Road 116, and is not transferable.
2. One semi-truck and trailer will be allowed to be parked on the property.
3. The semi-truck and trailer shall be parked in doors.
4. No signage advertising the business is permitted on site.
5. There shall be no employees.

6. The Licensee shall abide by and remain in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and City
rules and regulations.
7. This License will be reviewed by the City every three years from the date of issuance for a
determination that the existing Home Occupation still warrants the issuance of a license.
8. The City may revoke or modify the CHOL upon a finding that conditions have changes to warrant
revocation or modification of the license.
