A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION
WHEREAS, Ken and Marilyn Bina, as applicants, have requested a lot division to split a 27.11
acre site into a 17 acre site and a 10 acre site; and
WHEREAS,the parcels meet or exceed the subdivision regulations of the City; and
WHEREAS,the Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on June 6, 2002; and
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the request;
and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
lot division be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Right of way dedication shall meet the city and county requirements, based on the Right
of Way Agreement.
2. Drainage and Utility easements 10' in width shall be dedicated around the perimeter of
both sites.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that it be known that the 17 acre site is eligible for one
additional split, allowing a total of two building rights for the 17 acre parcel, while the 10
acre parcel is allowed only one building right, and can not be divided any further, based on
the current existing ordinances within the City of Corcoran.
