A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR A
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS GREENFIELD CORCORAN FIELDS LOCATED
IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, IN THE
CITY OF CORCORAN,MINNESOTA AND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12 IN THE CITY OF GREENFIELD
WHEREAS, Gary Mitsch, as applicant, has requested approval of a preliminary and final plat to
include 2 lots; and
WHEREAS,the plat crosses the corporate boundary between Corcoran and Greenfield;and
WHEREAS,the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the subdivision as proposed;and
WHEREAS,The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on July 9, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend the Council approve the request;
and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
preliminary and final plat for Greenfield Corcoran Fields be approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. A wetland delineation shall be completed and any wetland affecting the property shall be
included in a drainage and utility easement. An additional$1,000 in escrow shall be provided
to guarantee the completion of the wetland delineation and easement.
2. The preliminary and final plats are subject to the review and approval of the City of
Greenfield.
3. The review and approval of the City Attorney.
