RESOLUTION NO. 2002-45
MOTION BY MEMBER: Thomas
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Bucher
WHEREAS, a petition of property owner(s) abutting a Cart way identified as Kalk Road Extension
located in the City of Corcoran, was received by the city clerk on the 21S1 day of June, 2002 requesting
that the City Council vacate the cart way, that is located south of Larkin Road, in the South half of
Section 27.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such cart way and a public hearing shall be held on
such proposed vacation on the 25th day of July, 2002 before the City Council at 7:00 p.m.
2. The Clerk shall give publish, post and mail notices as required by law.
