RESOLUTION NO. 2002-37

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE
OFFICIAL AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is required by State Statute and City Codes to
designate official signatories.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby designates the following
individuals as authorized official signatories for the City:
a. Ken Guenthner, Mayor
b. George Gmach, Vice-Mayor/Acting Mayor
c. Susan Vergin, City Administrator
d. Paul Schutte, Police Chief
e. Kary Tillmann, City Clerk/Treasurer
