RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -31

SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EDWARD KEMNA
INCLUDING PIDS 16-119-23-34-0002 AND 16-119-23-34-0003
WHEREAS, Edward Kemna has submitted an application for lot consolidation; and
WHEREAS, the request will create one parcel, 40 acres in size; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this request and they recommend approval of the
consolidation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran
approves the consolidation of parcels 16-119-23-34-0002 and 16-119-23-34-0003 as proposed.
