A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM VARIANCE TO ALLOW
A PERFORMANCE SYSTEM AT 6457 ELM STREET, PID # 35-119-23-42-0004
WHEREAS, Joel and Polly Trandel have requested approval of a Septic System Variance to construct a
Performance System as defined under Minnesota Chapter 7080.0179 at 6547 Elm Street; and
WHEREAS,the Waste Water Commission considered the request on April 8, 2002 and voted 5-0 to
recommend approval, as the City's zoning regulations permit the system, as proposed, by Variance;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Corcoran that after review of the
recommendation of the Waste Water Commission that the Septic System Variance is hereby approved.
