RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 13
MOTION BY MEMBER: Thomas
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Gageby
WHEREAS, it is proposed to place dust control material on streets located through out the City of
Corcoran, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement is hereby referred to city staff for study and they shall report
back to the city council at the March 14, 2002 council meeting, as to the necessity, cost effectiveness
and feasibility of such improvement, and provide cost estimates of the improvement, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN, MN: A
public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 11th day of April, 2002, in the
Corcoran City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
