RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -56

A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 2013 DELINQUENT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FEES TO THE
HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION IN 2014
WHEREAS, the records of the City of Corcoran list certain properties as being delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have been notified of the due date through a direct mailing; and
WHEREAS, The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the
county auditor, pay the whole of the assessment with late charge, to the city treasurer, except that no late charge shall
be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution; and may, at any time
thereafter, pay to the city treasurer the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with late charge, to
December 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
WHEREAS, City of Corcoran Ordinance No. 2011 -261 authorizes certification of such delinquent properties to the
Hennepin County Auditor for collection along with an administrative fee.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Corcoran, City Council hereby directs the Hennepin County
Auditor to place upon the tax rolls for taxes payable in 2014 the delinquent accounts which are listed in Exhibit "A"
who have not resolved the fees by close of business on November 15, 2013, attached hereto.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, does hereby find as follows:
