City of Corcoran Hennepin County State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2001-80 Motion By: mach Seconded By: Thomas A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR A ONE LOT SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS POULIOT ADDITION LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 30,IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, Donald Pouliot, as applicant, has requested approval of a preliminary plat to create a 1 lot subdivision; and WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the subdivision as proposed; and WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 1, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the request; and WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning Commission in making a decision. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the preliminary plat for Pouliot Addition be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. A wetland delineation shall be provided for the lot to be created and any wetland shall be included in the drainage and utility easement to be created on the lot. 2. The driveway shall be platted as an outlot and an agreement shall be drafted by the City Attorney and shall be executed prior to recording the subdivision. 3. The septic system information shall be subject to review and approval of the Building Inspector. 4. The grading plan is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. 5. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the final plat. 6. The City Attorney should review the request. 7. The final plat shall identify the remaining parcel as an outlot. 8. An additional 17 feet of ROW shall be dedicated along County Road 19.
