A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF THE
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE LEASE AGREEMENT
Whereas, the Northwest Suburban Chamber of Commerce and the City of Corcoran entered into
a lease agreement in 1999 allowing the Chamber to utilize space within the Corcoran Civic
Center; and
Whereas, the City of Corcoran would like to extend such an agreement for an additional three
years, expiring March 31, 2005, with new rates increasing at a rate of five percent per year, with
the new rate to go into effect on April 1, of each year, as described in the attached exhibit; and
Therefore, be it resolved, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby authorize the
Mayor to enter into the amended lease agreement on behalf of the City of Corcoran.
