RESOLUTION NO. 2001-69

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A FINAL PLAT FOR A SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS W. H.
CATES LONGHORN ESTATES LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33
AND THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, W. H. Cates, as applicant, has requested approval of a final plat to include 4 lots
and three outlots; and
WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the subdivision as proposed;and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 4, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the
request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the final plat
for W. H. Cates Long Horn Estates be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Park dedication shall be cash fees and shall be paid at the rate in effect at the time of final plat.
2. Final plans are subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer.
3. Drainage and utility easements 10' in width should be provided around the perimeter of the
outlot except where a wider easement is required because of flood plain.
