A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MNDOT
THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE HIGHWAY 55 FRONTAGE ROAD FROM
PIONEER TRAIL TO ROLLING HILLS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran proposes to construct the Highway 55 frontage road from
Pioneer Trail and Rolling Hills Road within the corporate City limits in Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is requesting financial participation in the project from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation(MnDOT) through the Municipal Agreement Program;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is committed to providing the local share of the costs if the
project is selected as part of the upcoming Municipal Agreement Program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Corcoran, that the City of
Corcoran is requesting funding from MnDOT for the Highway 55 Frontage Road and is
committed to providing the local share for such project.
