RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 66

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION FOR MARK AND MONICA PATNODE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON TRAIL HAVEN ROAD PID # 16-119-23-44-0004
WHEREAS, Mark and Monica Patnode, have requested a lot division to create a 2.98
acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel will be served by an existing public road; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on October 4,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the
request; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have created a survey for the entire property which will be
recorded thereby meeting the requirements of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the lot
division for Mark and Monica Patnode be and hereby is approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. Access to the new lot shall be provided from Trail Haven Road and is subject to a city
driveway permit.
2. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the final plat.
