RESOLUTION NO. 2001 — 64

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A FINAL PLAT FOR A SUBDIVISION TO BE
KNOWN AS OUTCALT THIRD ADDITION LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, IN THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Michael Outcalt, as applicant, has requested approval of a final plat for one
lot; and
WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the subdivision as proposed;
and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on September 6,
2001;and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the
request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
final plat for Outcalt 3rd Addition be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the final plat.
2. The septic sites shall be protected from disturbance.
