A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A FINAL PLAT FOR A SUBDIVISION TO BE
KNOWN AS WINDMILL PONDS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 5, IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Worth Construction and Williams Development, as applicants, have requested
approval of a final plat to include 8 lots and two outlots; and
WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision regulations permit the subdivision as proposed;
and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on August 2,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
final plat for Windmill Ponds be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. All conditions of preliminary plat shall be addressed to the City's satisfaction prior to
recording the final plat.
2. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the final plat.
3. The grading, drainage, storm water management and street plans are subject to the
review and approval of the City Engineer.
