A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION FOR TOBY HEINZ FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CAIN ROAD AND
COUNTY ROAD 117, PID#03-119-23-11-0001
WHEREAS, Toby Heinz has requested a lot division to create a two acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel as proposed consists of a simply described line; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on August 2,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
lot division for Toby Heinz be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. A revised survey shall be submitted that provides at least two acres of land excluding
right-of-ways.
2. Deeds conveying the right-of-way for Cain Road at 40 feet and County Road 117 at 50
feet shall be provided for recording.
3. Access to the new parcel shall be provided from Cain Road and is subject to a city
driveway permit. If this is not feasible then access shall be subject to the review and
approval of Hennepin County.
4. The septic design is subject to the review and approval of the Building Inspector.
