RESOLUTION NO. 2001 — 54
MOTION BY MEMBER: Gmach
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has hereby adopted Ordinance No. 171, Amending the Zoning
Ordinance relating to Grading and Land Reclamation; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance serves the purpose of safeguarding property, and preserving and
enhancing the natural environment by regulating grading and land reclamation on public and
private property; and
WHEREAS, to assure compliance with the ordinance a permit must be secured and approved
prior to any work being performed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has determined that fees and surety deposits shall be required
to cover expenses that will be incurred by the city in the enforcement of such ordinance;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran that the fees
identified in Exhibit A as hereto attached are hereby adopted.
