RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -45

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING NORTHWEST AREA JAYCEES DONATION
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran supports the efforts of the Northwest Area Jaycees; and
WHEREAS, The Northwest Area Jaycees made a financial donation to the City of Corcoran to
support the Corcoran newsletter in the amount of $250.00 and
WHEREAS, The Northwest Area Jaycees made a financial donation to the City of Corcoran to
support city park maintenance in the amount of $2,000.00;
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered for the benefit
of the general fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Corcoran
acknowledges the generosity of the Northwest Area Jaycees and graciously accepts the donations
as listed above.

D. Supplies and materials for safety training and educational programs coordinated by the DNR, including
the Enforcement Division.
_ E. Citizen monitoring of surface water quality testing for public waters by individuals or nongovernmental
organizations, with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) guidance on monitoring procedures,
quality assurance protocols, and data management, providing that data is submitted to the PCA.

financial, ormaterial benefit to our organization, in compliance with Minnesota Rules 7861 .0320, Subpart 17C.
• FOR DNR - RELATED PROJECTS: i affirm thatwhen lawful gambling funds are used forgrooming and maintaining snowmobile or
all- terrain vehicle trails or for any wildlife management project for which reimbursement is received from a unit of government,
the reimbursement funds must be deposited in our lawful gambling account and recorded on the Schedule C report.
• FOR SURFACE WATER QUALITYTESTING: I affirm that MPCAguidance has been consulted in developing the monitoring plan
