AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 101, NORTH
OF HACKAMORE ROAD AND ON BOTH SIDES OF GLEASON ROAD (PID 36- 119 -23-
24 -0001, 36- 119 -23 -41 -0002, 36- 119 -23 -41 -0003, 36- 119 -23 -13 -0007 AND 36- 119 -23-
43- 0001).
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of
Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Corcoran Zoning Map from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Single Family
Residential (R -1) for the 5 properties totaling 216.78 -acres and legally described as
follows:
The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 119,
Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Laurent Property). Commitment No.
21502
The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 119,
Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Larson property). Commitment No.
21609
The north half of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 119, Range 23,
Hennepin County, Minnesota (Ebert property). Commitment No. 21610
The North 215.48 feet of the south 685.68 feet of the East 547.53 feet of the
north half of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 119, Range 23
except the road, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Ebert property)
Lot 1, Block 1, Farrell 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Haley
property). Commitment No. 21611
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
