AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 101 AND
SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 (PID 25- 119 -23 -41 -0001 AND 25- 119 -23 -44 -0005)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of
Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Corcoran Zoning Map from Agriculture (A) and Public /Institutional (P -I) to PUD (Planned
Unit Development) with respect to the 36.12 -acre property, legally described as follows:
All that part of the east half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 25, Township 119 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
lying south of the Minneapolis and Monticello Road
And
That part of the east half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 25, Township 119 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
lying north of the south 200 feet thereof

Abstract Property
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 23'd day of July 2009.
