AN ORDINANCE REPEALING
CHAPTER 50, INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS
AND CHAPTER 35 WASTEWATER COMMISSION
OF THE CORCORAN MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendments. Corcoran City Code is hereby amended as follows:
A. Chapter 50, Individual Sewage Treatment Systems is hereby repealed.
B. Chapter 35, Wastewater Commission is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of May 2007.
