Resolution Setting Fees for Home Occupations
Permit Applications
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has adopted Ordinance Number 170 governing
home occupations; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance allows for permit fees to be set from time to time by
city council resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Corcoran City Council
that the following fees be adopted for home occupations:
• Allowed Home Occupation —No Charge
• Special Home Occupation Administrative Permit—$50
• CHOL —Application & Renewal Fee - $500

Voting in Favor: Guenthner, Bucher, Thomas, Gageby, and Gmach
Voting Against: None
Where upon said motion was declared carried.
