A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION FOR VICKI POOLER/ALCIDE
PATNODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON TRAIL HAVEN ROAD
PID#22-119-23-21-0001
WHEREAS, Vicki Pooler and Alcide Patnode, have requested a lot division to create a 2.18
acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel will be served by an existing public road; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on June 7, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the
request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
lot division for Vicki Pooler and Alcide Patnode be and hereby is approved subject to the
following conditions:
1. The septic information shall be verified by the Building Inspector that the site will
support two on-site septic systems.
2. Drainage and Utility easements 10' in width shall be provided around the perimeter of
the property.
3. A deed conveying the right-of-way for Trail Haven Road to the City shall be provided
for recording.
4. Any future subdivisions shall be subject to platting provisions of the City Subdivision
Ordinance.
