APPROVAL OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 19
PRELIMINARY LAYOUT NO. 1
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9225
WHEREAS, Preliminary Layout No. 1 (dated June 5, 2001) for Hennepin County Project No.
9225, showing the proposed improvements of County State Aid Highway 19 within the limits of the
City, has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Corcoran, Minnesota:
1. That Preliminary Layout No. 1 is in all things approved for the reconstruction of CSAH 19
from south of Trunk Highway 55 to County Road 117.
2. That Hennepin County is hereby authorized by the City to acquire all rights of way,
permits, and/or easements required for said improvements in accordance with Layout No. 1.
3. That the City agrees to ban the parking of motor vehicles at all times and to provide
enforcement for the prohibition of on street parking on those portions of said Project No.
9225 within its corporate limits.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Corcoran this 14th day of June 2001.
