RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 39

WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisements for bids for improvement the improvement to Rolling Hills Road, bids were
received,opened and tabulated according to law,and the attached bids was received complying with the advertisement.
AND WHEREAS,Buffalo Bituminous,Inc of Buffalo Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN,MN:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc of
Buffalo Minnesota in the name of the City of Corcoran for the improvement to Rolling Hills Road according to
approved plans and specifications,on file in the office of the city clerk.
2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been entered into.
3. Such contract shall not be entered into,however,until such time as the Siwek easement has been acquired.
Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of May,2001.
