A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION FOR TOM SCHLANGEN FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED 19550 SCHUTTE FARM ROAD
WHEREAS, Tom Schlangen, as applicant, has requested a lot division to create a
2.551 acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel will be served by a private driveway agreement; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision includes a roadway easement for the future extension of
Schutte Farm Road; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on May 3,
2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend the Council approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the
Planning Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that
the lot division be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Park dedication shall be paid prior to recording the deed for the new parcel.
2. A driveway agreement shall be prepared and is subject to the review and
approval of the City Attorney.
3. Any future subdivisions shall be subject to platting provisions of the City
Subdivision Ordinance.
4. All easements shall be conveyed to the City by legal description when the deeds
are recorded. A copy of the recorded deeds shall be provided to the City.
