RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 30

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids the improvements for 2001 Dust Control Project for various
streets within the City,bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Dustcoating Inc. of Savage Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORA N that the Mayor
and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with Dustcoating Inc the name of the City
of Corcoran for the 2001 Dust Control Project;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, th uncil has met and heard and
passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the dust control to various streets within the city,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOL D B E COUNC OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,

treasurer,excep at n - -st shall be charge the entire assessment is paid within 90 days from the
