RESOLUTION 2001-29
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LOT DIVISION ON PID #08-119-23 42 0001
LOCATED AT 22622 COUNTY ROAD 10, CORCORAN, MN
WHEREAS, James Scherber, as applicant, has requested a lot division to create a
2.41 acre site; and
WHEREAS, the parcel will be served by a private driveway agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on April
5, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council
approve the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the
Planning Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran
that the lot division be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. A wetland delineation shall be provided for the lot to be created and any wetland
shall be included in the drainage and utility easement to be created on the lot.
2. A driveway agreement shall be drafted by the City Attorney and shall be executed
prior to recording the subdivision.
3. The septic system information shall be subject to review and approval of the
Building Inspector.
