RESOLUTION 2001-28
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP)
FOR ROGER DOLLIFF FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 23650 HIGHWAY 55, PID#31 119 23 34 0005
WHEREAS, Roger Dolliff, as applicant, has requested a CUP to allow a landscaping
contracting business with limited outside display/storage at the property as outlined; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of survey has been submitted that outlines proposed site
layout and alternate septic system information; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 1,
2001 and again reviewed the request on April 5, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve
the CUP with conditions; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers public testimony and the
recommendation of the Planning Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that
CUP be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions:
1. No equipment shall be stored outside.
2. Materials allowed to be stored outside on site shall be limited to three bins for rock,
and one bin for clean fill and brush to be removed on a regular basis per the submitted
plan.
3. The floor drains shall be disconnected from the exiting septic system and redirected to
a separate holding tank.
4. All signage shall meet the ordinance and shall be subject to staff review.
5. The trash dumpster shall be in the building or screening shall be provided.
6. The existing septic system is subject to the review and approval of the building
inspector or a new system shall be installed.
7. All junk vehicles are to be removed from the property.
