RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 24

WHEREAS, pursuant to council action, a road stabilization report was prepared and presented at to the
Council on January 25, 2001 and February 8, 2001 for the improvements to the streets within the City
of Corcoran.
WHEREAS, the report provided information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost
effective and feasible;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost for road improvements of
$75,000.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of May, 2001, in
the Corcoran City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of April 2001.
