RESOLUTION NO. 2001-06
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY OFFICERS AND OFFICAL SIGNATURES
WHEREAS, the City wishes to make annual appointments to positions representing the city; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to set the official depositories and signatory for the city; and
WHEREAS, the City has experience a change in staff.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby makes the following appointments for
the year 2001.
1. City Staff
City Administrator Roberta Colotti
Acting City Administrator Susan Vergin
City Clerk/Treasurer Susan Vergin
Deputy Clerk Cindy Patnode
Acting Deputy Clerk Roberta Colotti
2. Official Signatory
The following individuals are hereby authorized as official signatories for the City:
Susan Vergin, City Clerk/Treasurer
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Gmach
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Thomas, Gmach, Bucher and Gageby.
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
