Resolution No. 2001 -03
Resolution Accepting Meadowview Drive as a Public Road
WHEREAS, the Meadowview Farm plat was approved by the City of Corcoran City Council in
1999, and
WHEREAS, the construction of Meadowview Drive to City standards was required as a condition
of the plat approval, and
WHEREAS, the construction of Meadowview Drive occurred in 1999 and 2000 and is now
complete except for minor drain tile outlet improvements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Corcoran City Council hereby accepts that
Meadowview Drive as a public roadway with the following condition:
1. The letter of credit be reduced from $18,000 to $2,000, and
2. The letter of credit is extended until July 18, 2001 or until such time that the
installation of the drain tile outlets can be inspected and approved.
