A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SUNNY HILL LANE AS A PUBLIC STREET FOR
MAINTENANCE BY THE CITY OF CORCORAN
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby accepts Sunny Hill Lane of
the Bluffs of Corcoran as a public street for maintenance by the City of Corcoran.
1. Outlets for draintile be constructed to the satisfaction of the Engineer and
Public Works Departments.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Gmach.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Acting Mayor Thomas, Council members
Bucher and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
