A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION NO.99-14,A REQUEST BY PAUL JORGENSEN TO
DIVIDE A 4.22 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 29.54 ACRE PARCEL,LOCATED AT 6415 COUNTY ROAD 19,
PID#31-119-23 31 0006
WHEREAS,Paul Jorgensen has made application for a Land Division to divide a 4.22 acre parcel from a 29.54 acre
parcel, located at 6415 County Road 19; and
WHEREAS,on December 2, 1999,the Planning Commission considered this land division request and moved to
recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by
Paul Jorgensen for Land Division No. 99-14 to divide a 4.22 acre parcel from a 29.54 acre parcel,located at 6415
County Road 19 and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of 2 septic system sites by the Building Inspector
2. Dedication of 10 foot utility and drainage easements around the perimeter of the 4.22 acre parcel.
3. Payment of$2,000 in park dedication fees prior to the release of the resolution.
Moved by member Gmach, seconded by member Bucher
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Acting Mayor Thomas, Council members Bucher and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

Parcel A (4.22 acre parcel):
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County Minnesota, according to the Government survey thereof, lying north of the South 1371.17 feet of the
said Southwest Quarter, measured parallel to the south line thereof, and also lying south of the following
described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the
North line of said South 1371.17 feet thereof, thence North 00 Degrees 12 Minutes 51 Seconds East along the
East line thereof distant 35.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the line to be described; Thence North 89
Degrees 45 Minutes 56 Seconds West parallel to the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter distant 531.50 feet; thence North 00 Degrees 14 Minutes 04 Seconds East distant 95.00 feet; thence
North 70 Degrees 42 Minutes 13 Seconds West distant 280.37 feet; thence North 89 Degrees 45 Minutes 56
Seconds West distant 535.76 feet to the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and there
terminating.
Parcel B (25.32 acre parcel):
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County Minnesota, according to the Government survey thereof, lying south of the North 10.00 acres thereof
and also lying North of the following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the
North line of said South 1371.17 feet thereof, thence North 00 Degrees 12 Minutes 51 Seconds East along the
East line thereof distant 35.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the line to be described; Thence North 89
Degrees 45 Minutes 56 Seconds West parallel to the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
