A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION NO. 99-13,A REQUEST BY GEORGE
SECK TO DIVIDE A 50 FT X 307 FT PARCEL FROM LOT 1,BLOCK 1 (11 ACRE LOT),CHESTER
BARTON CASE ESTATES,3RD ADDITION,AND COMBINE IT WITH LOT 1,BLOCK 1 (2 ACRE LOT),
CHESTER BARTON CASE ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION,LOCATED AT 0 PIONEER TRAIL,
PID#30-119-23 32 0007.
WHEREAS, George Seck has made application for a Land Division/Consolidation to divide a 50 ft x 307 ft parcel from
Lot 1, Block 1, Chester Barton Case Estates, 3rd Addition and combine it with Lot 1, Block 1, Chester
Barton Case Estates, 2nd Addition, located at 28160 Pioneer Trail; and
WHEREAS, on December 2, 1999,the Planning Commission considered this land division/consolidation request and
moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by
George Seck for Land Division/Consolidation No. 99-13 to divide a 50 ft x 307 ft parcel from Lot 1,Block 1, Chester
Barton Case Estates, 3rd Addition and combine it with Lot 1, Block 1, Chester Barton Case Estates,2nd Addition,
located at 2$3b1lpioneer Trail and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Dedication of a 10 foot drainage and utility easement on either side of the new boundary line.
2. Vacation of drainage and utility easements along the existing boundary line.
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Gmach.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Acting Mayor Thomas, Council members Bucher and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

Parcel A (2.35 acre parcel):
Lot 1, Block 1, Chester Barton Case Estates Second Addition, and the north 50.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1,
Chester Barton Case Estates Third Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to drainage and utility easements as platted and
over the south 10.00 feet thereof.
Parcel B (10.65 acre parcel):
Lot 1, Block 1, Chester Barton Case Estates Third Addition, except the north 50.00 feet thereof, according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subject to drainage and utility easements as platted and over the north 10.00 feet thereof.
