A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO U.S. WEST WIRELESS/CITY
OF CORCORAN TO FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 150 FOOT HIGH
PERSONAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES (PCS) MONO-POLE,
LOCATED AT 20120 COUNTY ROAD 10, PID #23-119-23 43 0006
WHEREAS, U.S. West Wireless/City of Corcoran have requested a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the
construction of a new 150 foot high personal communication services (PCS) mono-pole, located
at 20120 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, on December 2, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the Conditional Use Permit request
and moved to recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a
request by U.S. West Wireles/City of Corcoran for a Conditional Use Permit to facilitate the construction of a
new 150 foot high personal communication services (PCS) mono-pole, located at 20120 County Road 10, and
legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Final approval of the site plan by the City Engineer, including a fence around the tower and
equipment cabinets and landscaping around the equipment cabinets.
2. Approval of a lease agreement.
Moved by member Gmach, seconded by member Bucher
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Acting Mayor Thomas, Council members Bucher and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
