A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND DIVISION 99-12,A REQUEST BY RANDALL TOOMEY TO DIVIDE
A 2.08 ACRE PARCEL FROM A 78.47 ACRE FARMSTEAD,LOCATED AT 9001 COUNTY ROAD 116,
PID#14-119-23 13 0003.
WHEREAS, Randall Toomey has made application for a Land Division to create a 2.08 acre parcel from a 78.47 acre
parcel, located at 9001 County Road 116; and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1999, the Planning Commission considered this land division request and moved to
recommend approval with conditions.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by
Randall Toomey for Land Division No. 99-12 to divide a 2.08 acre parcel from a 78.47 acre farmstead, located at 9001
County Road 116 and legally described on the attached Exhibit"A", subject to the following conditions:
1. Dedication of a 10 foot utility easement around all property lines of the 2 acre parcel.
2. Approval of soil percolation tests and septic system designs by the Building Inspector.
3. Dedication of an additional 10 feet of right-of-way along County Road 116.
4. Payment of a park dedication fee of$700 prior to the release of the resolution.
5. Compliance with the Wetland Conservation Act.
6. Execution of private driveway agreement with a 60' easement.
7. Six building rights remain with property under the current ordinance.
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Gmach.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner,Council members Bucher, Gmach, Lindsley, and
Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.

The South 270 feet of the North 650 feet of the East 375 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota except the following part thereof:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, except
roads, which lies East of a line drawn parallel with and distant 50 feet Westerly of the East line of said Section
14.
Parcel B (76.39 acre parcel):
South Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except
the East 330 feet of the North 380 feet thereof, also except road, and;
EXCEPT the South 270 feet of the North 650 feet of the East 375 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota except the following part
thereof:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, except
roads, which lies East of a line drawn parallel with and distant 50 feet Westerly of the East line of said Section
14.
