A RESOLUTION SETTING A FEE FOR AGRICULTURE PRESERVE
APPLICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves an
administrative charge to offset the fees for recording documents to Hennepin County as follows:
Iniating placement into Agriculture Preserve- $45
Initiating expiration from Agriculture Preserve - $45
Moved by member Bucher, seconded by member Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher,
Gmach, Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
