A RESOLUTION APPROVING TOBACCO, BEER, AND LIQUOR
LICENSE TRANSFER FOR MAMA G'S IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the Tobacco,
Liquor, and Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses are transferred effective
November 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 from Mama G's Establishment and
Licensee Name Jerry C. Becher to Mama G's Establishment and Licensee Name
Mama G's Operations LLC provided appropriate application documents are
submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining balance from unused Tobacco,
Liquor, and Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor licenses of$2,543.36 will be issued to
Jerry C. Becher upon receipt of the same amount from the new Licensee Name of
Mama G's Operations LLC.
Moved by member Lindsley, seconded by member Gmach.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner,Council members Bucher, Gmach,
Lindsley,and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
