A RESOLUTION SETTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR DELINQUENT
RECYCING CHARGES
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves an
administrative fee to delinquent properties of recycling charges in the amount of$2.50 effective
October 15, 1999.
Moved by member Thomas, seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher,
Gmach, Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
