A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND CONSOLIDATION NO. 99-10, A REQUEST BY
THOMAS BROSNAN TO COMBINE OUTLOT B (3.02 ACRES), HEATHER
MEADOWS, 2ND ADDITION TO LOT 3, BLOCK 1 (5.39 ACRES), HEATHER
MEADOWS TO CREATE AN 8.41 ACRE LOT,
LOCATED AT 10330 HEATHER LANE, PID #05-119-23 32 0005
WHEREAS, Thomas Brosnan has requested a Land Consolidation to combine Outlot B (3.02 acres),
Heather Meadows 2nd Addition to Lot 3,Block 1 (5.39 acres), Heather Meadows to create
an 8.41 acre lot, located at 10330 Heather Lane; and
WHEREAS, on October 7, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the land consolidation request
and moved to recommend approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves
a request by Thomas Brosnan for Land Consolidation No. 99-10,the combination of Outlot B, Heather
Meadows 2nd Addition and Lot 3,Block 1, Heather Meadows to create an 8.41 acre lot, located at 10330
Heather Lane and legally described as Lot 3,Block Heather Meadows and Outlot B, Heather Meadows
Second Addition, Section 5,Township 119, Range 23,Hennepin County,Minnesota. accnrdinn+„ «Lie
